3. Booking and Payment

7. Liability Waiver
By participating in Wrestling Lucha Party events, you acknowledge and agree:

- You participate voluntarily and assume all risks of injury
- WLP, KnokX Pro Entertainment LLC, performers, and venue are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses
- You waive any claims against WLP for injuries or damages occurring during the event
- You have adequate health insurance coverage
Medical Emergency: In case of injury, WLP staff will provide reasonable assistance and may contact emergency services. You are responsible for all medical costs.
8. Photography and Media Rights
By attending our events, you grant WLP permission to:
- Photograph, video record, and audio record the event
- Use your likeness, voice, and images in promotional materials
- Share content on our website, social media, and marketing materials
- Use recordings for commercial purposes without compensation
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify staff upon arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
