Important: Non-Refundable Policy
All bookings and event reservations with Wrestling Lucha Party are NON-REFUNDABLE.
When you book a date with us, that date is reserved exclusively for your event and cannot be offered to other customers. Due to this commitment, all payments and deposits are final and non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
Our Booking Policy
At Wrestling Lucha Party, we understand that plans can sometimes change. However, when you reserve a date with us, we are holding that exclusive time slot for your event, which means we cannot offer it to other potential customers.
What This Means:
- All deposits are non-refundable once your booking is confirmed
- All full payments are non-refundable once your booking is confirmed
- Cancellations do not result in refunds regardless of timing or circumstances
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits toward future events
Rescheduling Options
While we cannot offer refunds, we may be able to help you reschedule your event under certain conditions:
Rescheduling Guidelines:
- Rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
- One-time rescheduling may be available depending on circumstances and advance notice
- Rescheduling fees may apply
- Contact us as early as possible to discuss rescheduling options
How to Request a Reschedule:
If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us immediately:
We will work with you to find an alternative date based on availability, but please understand that rescheduling is not guaranteed.
Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. While our non-refundable policy remains in effect, we encourage you to contact us if you experience:
- Medical emergencies (documentation may be required)
- Family emergencies
- Severe weather events affecting travel
- Military deployment
- Other extenuating circumstances

We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer rescheduling options or other accommodations at our sole discretion. However, refunds are not available under any circumstances.
Venue-Related Cancellations
In rare circumstances where Wrestling Lucha Party must cancel your event due to:
- Venue closure or unavailability
- Public health mandates or government restrictions
- Force majeure events beyond our control (natural disasters, etc.)
- Performer illness or unavailability making the event impossible
You will have the option to:
- Reschedule to a mutually agreeable future date at no additional cost, OR
- Receive a full refund of payments made
This refund option applies only when Wrestling Lucha Party initiates the cancellation, not when customers cancel their bookings.
Payment Processing
Payment Methods
- PayPal (credit/debit cards)
- Cash (in-person payments)
Payment Terms
- Shared Shows: Full payment required at time of booking
- Private Events: Deposit required to secure date, balance due before event
- All payments: Non-refundable once booking is confirmed
Third-Party Fees
Payment processing fees charged by PayPal or other payment processors are non-refundable in all circumstances.
Guest Count Changes
Fewer Guests Than Reserved
If fewer guests attend than you reserved and paid for, no refund or credit will be issued. Pricing is based on reserved capacity, not actual attendance.
More Guests Than Reserved
If you need to increase your guest count, please notify us in advance. Additional fees may apply based on the new guest count and must be paid before the event.
No-Show Policy
No-Show = No Refund, No Reschedule: If you do not attend your scheduled event without prior notification, your payment is forfeited and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
This includes:
- Not showing up for your scheduled event
- Arriving more than 30 minutes late without prior notice
- Arriving on the wrong date or time
Please contact us immediately if you will be late or unable to attend. While we cannot offer refunds, we may be able to accommodate late arrivals or discuss alternative options if contacted before the event start time.
Chargeback and Dispute Policy
Important: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:
- Immediate cancellation of your booking
- Forfeiture of all accommodation rights
- Permanent ban from future bookings
- Potential legal action to recover costs

Gift Certificates and Promotional Bookings
- Gift certificates: Non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or used for future bookings
- Promotional/discounted bookings: Subject to the same non-refundable policy with possible additional restrictions
- Complimentary tickets: Cannot be cancelled for refund (no payment made)
Your Agreement
By booking with Wrestling Lucha Party, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read and understood this Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All payments and deposits are non-refundable
- Cancellations do not result in refunds under any circumstances initiated by the customer
- This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions
